It is expected that all the Institutional and Strategic Members of the UNWTO Knowledge Network and Representatives of UNWTO 154 Member States will be participating in this Forum, as well as Representatives of UN Agencies, multilateral and bilateral agencies for international cooperation, academic institutions, public administration, and industry leaders.

FULL REGISTRATION

 

The full registration package includes:

 

• Attendance to all functions
• Documentation
• Transfers from the Algarve airport and the Sevilla RENFE station.
• Welcome Cocktail (1st June)
• Working Lunches (2nd and 3rd June)
• Official Dinner (2nd June)
• Coffee breaks
• Farewell Dinner and Social package (3rd June)

 

 

The fee for full registration is of 290 EUR per person.

 

However, there are a number of reduced registration fees:

 

• If you are a part of the Scientific Committee or Honour Committee, registration is free and includes the above full package.
• If you are from a UNWTO Member State delegation, from a UNWTO Knowledge Network institution, or from an invited agency:

  - Full registration is FREE for ONE representative of each UNWTO Member State , UNWTO Knowledge Network Institution, and invited agency; it includes the above full package.

  - For any additional participants from UNWTO Member state delegations, UNWTO Knowledge Network institutions and invited agencies, the registration fee is of 290 EUR per person.

• For authors, whose papers have been selected, there is a reduced registration fee of 150  EUR per person. It includes the above full package.

 

 

 

OTHER REGISTRATION


Guest or spouse

A special fee of 150 euros will be charged and includes the welcome cocktail, the official dinner, farewell diner and social programme.

 

Please note that transport and hotel fees are not included in the full package.
